About Us

Chris White's Extreme Krav Maga is a style of Israeli self-defense tactics for extreme counter attacks and has become very popular among teens and adults for learning how to defend them selves against attackers. We offer this style of martial arts as well as kick boxing and boxing classes for teens and adults. We also offer Tae Kwon Do classes for children ages 5-12. We are located in White House, TN. We offer some of the best training around!!! Our goal is to provide not only outstanding experiences but opportunities for growth, skill development, and confidence-building. We truly feel that we build strong communities by providing great training programs that empower people to take control of their lives through physical fitness and self-defense. Our Story

Chris White’s Extreme Krav Maga is a premiere self-defense school in White House, TN. Chris is the proud owner and a certified Krav Maga instructor with years of experience providing classes for men, women, and children of all skill levels. He is engaging and goes beyond the simple technique. He will also teach you why it works, has a presence that students pick up on instantly, and is up front and center in every aspect of class. Learn how to defend yourself in dangerous situations with confidence using the most effective martial arts in the world!

Taking self-defense classes can be a great way to have fun and stay fit, but they aren’t just for women and children. Men also benefit from taking self-defense classes by learning strategies to help protect themselves against an attacker or mugger. In these classes, students learn basic punching, kicking, and body movement skills, as well as how to escape holds with proper technique and leverage.

Our adult Krav Maga self-defense classes are a critical addition to your security plan. Krav Maga is a practical self-defense system that allows you to think, move, and fight in the highly efficient and instinctive manner of a street-wise fighter. Our classes provide you with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to protect yourself against any kind of attack, armed or unarmed.
